Considered redevelopment of site formerly occupied by Old Malthouse School. Proposed works included demolition of several existing school buildings, conversion and construction of new buildings to provide ten apartments, eight houses and a bungalow.

All skillfully designed to respect and enhance the character and appearance of the Langton Matravers Conservation Area and the protected AONB Dorset landscape.

Planning consent obtained. Currently under construction.
