We are delighted to share that, following a challenging refusal, the Planning Inspectorate has now overturned the decision and granted consent for this striking new pavilion within the green belt.
The approval is for planning permission for a lodge pavilion with a detached garage and associated landscaping – The design, now approved, carefully balances contemporary design with its sensitive setting.
Acting as expert witnesses on matters of Architecture & Design, we presented a clear case for the proposal. The Inspector agreed with our evidence and submissions, allowing the appeal and granting full permission.
