SWA were contacted by the owner of a site, which had an approved building design (by others) under construction. Even though the planning consent had been granted and works started on site, the client wasn’t fully happy with the quality of the detail and overall appearance of the new home.

SWA carried out a detailed survey of the building and prepared an amendment to the planning approval completely transforming the look of the property, resulting in a striking and carefully detailed new family home.
